Quality Assurance Technologist (Nights 4 on 4 off)
Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional looking to join a well-established, growing food manufacturer? Our client is a market-leader with over 100 years of expertise, and due to continued success, they are expanding their QA team.

Quality Assurance Technologist Key Responsibilities

Ensure all production paperwork is completed accurately and in real time
Maintain audit-ready site and product documentation
Carry out compliance checks on equipment (temperature probes, scales, fridges etc.)
Conduct GMP, Glass & Hard Plastic and Fabrication audits across the site
Complete PQE sessions to verify product safety, quality and customer requirements
Lead sampling, swabbing and investigations into non-conformances
Act as the CCP expert on-site, delivering training and validating understanding

Quality Assurance Technologist Person’s Specification

Minimum 2 years’ experience in food manufacturing
Level 2 HACCP & Food Safety qualification
Strong attention to detail and confident decision-maker
Ability to work night shifts on a 4 on / 4 off schedule
Good communication skills and a proactive approach
