Jobdetails For one of our clients, a global manufacturing company specialized in the life sciences sector, we are looking for a Manufacturing Scientist based in the canton of Fribourg. 

Your Impact:

  • Implement and optimize robust, compliant, and high-performing manufacturing processes aligned with quality strategy

  • Capitalize on and share your expertise throughout the entire product lifecycle

  • Draft, review, and approve key technical documents (batch records, procedures, sampling plans, reports, etc.)

  • Support production teams by providing practical and effective technical assistance

  • Identify improvement levers and sources of variability to ensure product quality and reliability

  • Lead change management, risk assessments, and corrective action plans in cross-functional teams

  • Train and develop the skills of production staff

  • Deploy sustainable, scalable, and cost-efficient manufacturing processes

    What You Bring:

  • Degree (Bachelor, Master, or equivalent) in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, or related fields).

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the diagnostics or life sciences industry, with expertise in biology, biochemistry, immunology, and automation.

  • Proven scientific and technical expertise in the diagnostics or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Structured and methodical approach with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication abilities.

  • Native-level proficiency in French or German, with at least basic knowledge of the other language, and fluent English skills.
