Working Student Human Resources (m/f/d)

We are looking for you in part-time with up to 20 hours per week to strengthen our HR team in Cuxhaven, Husum, or Hamburg.

• You maintain and update employee data in our HR software rexx
• You support the digitization and archiving of personnel documents
• You conduct regular data quality checks
• You work closely with the HR team on administrative processes and assist with additional HR projects as needed

• You are pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a similar field
• Ideally, you have initial experience using HR systems (e.g., rexx, SP-Data) or are willing to learn
• You have a very careful, structured, and reliable working style
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• You have strong German language skills, both written and spoken
