Job description
- You will assume full organisational and technical responsibility for construction projects in the residential and commercial property sector, including demanding conversions and extensions
- You will independently draw up construction contracts and specifications and actively prepare and conduct award negotiations for general contractors and individual awards
- You will coordinate and manage external service providers, specialist planners and partners with framework agreements for efficient processes
- You will plan all planning and construction services,
- You plan, monitor and control all planning and construction services with precision
- You carry out building inspections and are responsible for cost control, invoice verification and careful handling of construction measures
- You consistently ensure that projects are realised in accordance with requirements, especially in terms of quality assurance, defect processing and supplementary management
- You carry out the ongoing digital documentation of projects in the IT system and also ensure an overview of the operator's maintenance and inspection obligations
Requirements
- You have completed technical training in the field of building and operating technology; ideally a technical university degree or a master craftsman title
- You have many years of practical experience in the holistic implementation of construction projects as well as specific specialist knowledge in building renovation
- You have a class B driving licence (car) and use it flexibly for work locations
- Independently, structured and efficient approach to all tasks and maintain an overview even in complex projects
- Negotiation skills, strong communication skills and teamwork characterise your daily work and dealings with internal and external partners
