Your tasks:

• You control and ensure smooth processes in our production of beverage bases and natural tea & coffee extracts
• You ensure compliance with costs, time and quality
• You coordinate daily with related departments and find target-oriented solutions for emerging issues
• You lead projects for the implementation and optimization of production processes as well as digitalization together with our production managers
• You take seasonal fluctuations into account by planning your resources (personnel, budget, materials) proactively and economically
• You motivate, develop and lead your employees with empathy and transparent decisions
• You also develop our processes sustainably

Your profile:

• You have an (engineering) technical background and experience from a manufacturing (food) company
• You are proficient in operational work and at the same time keep an eye on the overarching strategic goals
• Lean management and ownership are among your principles, through which you have already achieved process improvements
• You work confidently with MS Office, ideally you have already worked with SAP
• You can communicate complex topics and decisions in a transparent and understandable way
• You are a strong negotiator and have a good sense of when and how to assert yourself
• Very good German and good English
