Job Title: Electronics Senior Controller – Financial Planning & Analysis, (all genders)
Your Role: You will be a senior controller in the dynamic and exciting Electronics Sector. You will lead the reporting and forecasting cycles at least twice per year while supporting that effort for the other reporting cycles. You will create monthly and quarterly reports providing insights across Electronics business and functions for the use of Executive management. This role will organize all processes and coordinate the quarterly and monthly close schedules. In addition, you will ensure proper consolidation of the results of our Business Unit and distill the key performance drivers, risk, and opportunities from a large data set. Your excellent analytical and communication skills will enable executive decisions and actions. A successful candidate must be comfortable with regular interactions and collaboration with executives, business leads, and business controllers.
Your models will be instrumental in establishing internal and external targets by running simulations. You are an essential, self-driven contributor and facilitator of all internal and external reporting for the Electronics Sector and will regularly interact and present to the Electronics Controlling Leadership Team. To be successful, you will bring a mindset that drives a relentless pursuit of process simplification and quality excellence.
Over the next few years, we will also have the responsibility of helping, along with our data and digital team, to design and automate new reports and data models as we roll out the new LUMINA steering concept for Electronics. In addition to LUMINA project support, this role will also support Electronics-wide projects and initiatives as needed.
Who you are:
- MBA or equivalent graduate business degree
- Min. 3 years Controlling/ background in a global/international environment with in-depth knowledge in the areas of financial management, controlling, and international accounting
- Excellent skills in MS Excel & PowerPoint as well as common reporting systems TM1, FAI@M, SAP BW, MCFC, etc., ideally combined with good knowledge of the specific SAP modules (FI/CO and PS)
- Resilient work attitude with the ability to work under pressure while keeping deadlines with a focus on quality
- Flexible mindset to solve problems under stress and understand that expectations and daily activities are as dynamic as our industry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects simultaneously
- You are a great communicator who can simplify complex data sets and provide concise communications for executive-level level
- Must speak English fluently. German would be an asset
