Your Role

• As part of your position, you will develop new recipes and concepts in the plant-based sector (including milk, yogurt and cheese alternatives).
• In addition to selecting suitable raw materials, you will act as a consultant (f/m/d), providing your expertise on existing products and new product concepts for both internal and external inquiries.
• You will independently produce samples of products and concepts and present them both internally and externally to customers.
• As part of a dynamic and strong team, you will lead new and existing customer projects and independently coordinate customer workshops.
• You will work closely with relevant interfaces in Sales, Product Management and Production.
• You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with food law regulations.
• You will provide technical and operational support during scale-up processes in our production sites, at customer locations, and at our pilot plants.

Your Profile

• You have initial relevant experience in product development for beverages/foods, ideally with a focus on dairy or dairy alternatives.
• You have a degree in Food Technology or a comparable education/training background.
• As a specialist (f/m/d) in your field, you are well-versed in both the raw materials used and the production processes.
• Your colleagues (f/m/d) value your positive, innovative, and results-driven approach.
• Your organized and detail-oriented working style is complemented by your strong team spirit.
• You possess solid project management skills and can confidently present your project results to customers and colleagues (f/m/d).
• You have some initial knowledge of SAP.
• Your working languages are German and English
