Your Role

• In this position, you develop innovative recipes and creative concepts in the field of bakery products, with a focus on water-based preparations (fruit and non-fruit preps) – bringing new taste trends to life in close collaboration with our customers.
• You work with a diverse range of ingredients, most of which we also produce ourselves, including natural flavors, colors, stabilizers, fruits, and many other components.
• With your technical expertise, you support internal teams and external partners and customers – both for existing products and new developments.
• In addition to fruit preparations, you have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of bakery projects, making your day-to-day work exciting and diverse.
• You are involved not only in fruit preparations but also in finished products, evaluating them both sensorially and technologically, and presenting your results internally and to customers.
• Your daily work is varied, taking you from the laboratory to the pilot plant and production sites at home and abroad, to project meetings, or directly to the customer.
• You carefully maintain relevant data and recipes in our systems, ensuring smooth documentation and traceability.
• You work closely with technical project management, sales, product management, quality, and production, supporting the scale-up process through to successful implementation in our plants or pilot facilities.

Your Profile

• You have a degree in food technology, food chemistry, or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of practical experience in the development of fruit preparations or similar products for the bakery sector.
• You have knowledge of bakery production as well as the use of functional ingredients such as hydrocolloids and flavors.
• You work in a structured, team-oriented manner and enjoy contributing your own ideas.
• Your colleagues value your committed and solution-oriented way of working.
• You have strong communication skills and can convey complex technical content clearly and understandably – both within the team and to customers and partners.
• You have initial experience with SAP as well as common MS Office applications.
• You are fluent in German and English
