As Product Sales Manager for Rolls, you’ll lead strategic sales initiatives, deliver innovative solutions, and help mills achieve peak performance. This is a fully remote position, formally based in Darmstadt, with required travel to customer locations.
What you’ll do
- Lead sales projects for roll services, covers, and maintenance mainly across South-Germany and Switzerland.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and customer value.
- Collaborate with mill teams and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions.
- Identify customer needs and respond quickly with improvement and maintenance projects.
- Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Expectations for you
Strong technical background (Bachelor/ Master) and knowledge in papermaking or related fields
5+ years’ experience in sales preferably in the paper and board industry
Strong understanding of paper and board industry
Willingness to travel in Germany and Switzerland on weekly bases to visit your customers
Awareness in contract law with hands-on experience negotiating complex project contracts
Good communicating and interacting skills with customer and other stakeholders
Fluent spoken and written German and English, other languages are seeing as advantage.
