Your role:

As the Services Strategy & Execution Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive services strategy that aligns with our franchise owners and cross-functional leaders. Your insights into market trends and customer needs will be instrumental in driving growth and identifying new opportunities. You will create actionable business plans that not only highlight financial modeling but also ensure stakeholder alignment. In this dynamic position, you will lead high-impact strategic projects, collaborating with teams across Business Development, marketing, R&D, and commercial to deliver innovative solutions. Your leadership will guide the execution of strategies, ensuring that progress is monitored and necessary adjustments are made. Who you are:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in life science, engineering, or business; an advanced degree such as an MBA, Master’s, or PhD is preferred.
• You have over 10 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 5 years focused on services.
• You possess a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector.
• You demonstrate proven expertise in portfolio management, business strategy, and strategic planning.
• You excel in problem-solving and critical thinking, with sharp business acumen and the ability to interpret financial statements.
• You are skilled in project management and facilitation, particularly in a matrixed environment.
• You have outstanding executive communication and presentation abilities.
• You are fluent in English, and additional languages are a plus.
