Your Role:

In this pivotal role, you will provide strategic leadership and guidance for our chromatography product portfolio. You will shape the product strategy, positioning, and evolution based on thorough market insights and a deep understanding of customer needs. Your responsibilities will include driving the marketing strategy and developing the product roadmap to achieve sustainable business growth. You will take full ownership of the product line's P&L, including revenue, margin, pricing strategy, and cost management. By defining and driving the product vision, you will ensure alignment with market trends and competitive landscapes. Your insights will translate into actionable strategies for both existing and new products. Additionally, you will lead product developments from concept through commercialization, collaborating across various functions to drive alignment around goals and resource needs. Regular presentations of market insights and strategic recommendations to senior management will be a key part of your role. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Who You Are:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management and/or strategic marketing, ideally within the bioprocessing or life science industry.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong strategic thinking and market understanding.
• Demonstrated business acumen and decision-making skills supported by sound financial and market analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences internally and externally.
• High level of self-motivation, energy, and drive for results.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and lead across a complex global matrix organization.
• Proficiency in brand strategy development and digital marketing is beneficial.
• Advanced degree (MBA, Master’s, or PhD) in a scientific or business discipline.
