Your responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic accounts, directing organic growth strategies, annual planning, and identifying key opportunities.
• Foster strategic client relationships to drive profitable growth and ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client success and long-term commitment

Your Profile

• 15+ years of experience in IT services sales within Tier-1 or Tier-2 organizations.
• Strong knowledge of global delivery models and methodologies; experience in cross-selling service lines.
• Excellent consultative sales skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
• Experience managing multi-million USD accounts across various geographies. Proven account management skills, particularly in the Retail/Logistics sector.
• Responsible for revenue, bookings, and operational metrics.
• Engage in people management within Our Client teams.
• Generate leads and expand our footprint through customer interactions.
