About the Role

We're looking for a driven Automation Engineer to join a fast-scaling CRM and SaaS tools startup. This role bridges sales, technology, and operations - helping the team automate workflows, optimize lead generation, and support go-to-market execution. You'll be hands-on with CRM systems, automation tools, and data processes that directly fuel growth

What You'll Do

• Operate and optimize CRM and lead generation tools (e.g. Clay, automation platforms)

• Build and maintain efficient workflows to support sales and marketing teams

• Use Python/JavaScript basics to customize tools and integrate processes

• Apply a sales mindset to evaluate lead quality and ICP fit

What We're Looking For

• Experience with CRM systems and automation platforms

• Basic coding skills (Python/JavaScript) to support tool customization

• Strong commercial acumen with an interest in sales processes

• Proactive, motivated, and eager to grow with a young, dynamic team

Language & Location

• Fluent in German and English

• EU-based preferred for time zone alignment (remote flexibility)

• Occasional in-person gatherings (e.g. team events in Europe)
