JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for an experienced Junior Trade Marketing Manager- Oral care to work along our Business Unit Manager on the Road to Market execution of Unilever’s Pharmacy Business Unit (Oral care)
This is an outstanding opportunity to join Unilever and lead the implementation of the Trade Marketing (CSP) Strategy on the pharmaceutical channel. You will be responsible develop launch plans and sales channel strategies to achieve sales growth objectives.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Support the BU Manager & MKT Lead on the definition of the Short/Mid/Long Term Brand Plan
- Lead the Definition and Implementation of the BU Annual Activation Plan – Annual agreements, training plan, Promo plan, Brand area implementation, POS plan and Price strategy.
- You will help set, track and post analysis of operational KPIs related to the Annual Activation Plan
- Lead the Analysis of all CSP Activation activities each Quarter.
- Having a deep knowledge of the market and competitors within the same category, you will maximize sales by identifying new business opportunities. and increase quality on service
- You will be working closely with our external partner distributor and its sales team to support activities and in- store implementation.
- Supports the external sales team and KAM on clients’ annual and/or Quarter plan presentation.
- You will ensure the Perfect Execution of the defined POS Plans (Promo & Visibility)
- Assist the category’s a day-to-day operational activity, with special support to KAM.
- You will manage, track and maximize Trade Marketing Budget.
- You will manage Merchandising and Handling suppliers, ensuring best quotes and defined delivery timings.
- You will support S&OP monthly decisions & follow up stock's weekly, ensuring all handlings are delivered OTIF
- You will be part of the AGILE Squad Team and will ensure required sales/market data for the Squad’s Glide Path
- Contribute on international projects
