As a product engineer, you will experience how the latest and most innovative technologies for DCDC converters are developed, built and optimized. You will join a team that develops boost/buck-boost converters which are powering future solutions in automotive, industrial or personal electronics. Making people's lives easier, safer and greener. As a product engineer, you play a vital role in ensuring the quality and performance of TI's innovative IC products by defining, realizing and maintaining all aspects of an IC which go beyond the silicon circuit and are equally critical to meet our customers' needs.
Your tasks will include:
- Understanding how the various components of the final IC work together from a physical, mechanical, chemical and electrical point of view and ensuring it can be reliably built in mass production by balancing cost with quality
- Working on new technology development projects, cost reductions, capacity expansions, yield enhancements and quality improvements
- Setting up and qualifying products within our TI's manufacturing process and flows
- Cooperating closely with all manufacturing sites across the world as well as with several other product development functions like silicon design/test/packing/quality in order to provide a complete successful product to our customers.
- Communicating with teams around the world on a daily basis and establishing strong relationships across TI's worldwide network
- Driving reliability testing on the device to ensure that the final product fulfills the lifetime requirements of the customer environment. Learn and understand stress impacts of various environmental conditions
- As a product engineer you are working in a cross-functional project team which enables you also to see your colleagues' roles and how each function contributes to the development of a new IC
Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Physics or similar field
- High level of interest about IC manufacturing processes and development flows including electrical, physical, mechanical and chemical interaction of various components going into a semiconductor device
- Available start date from January 2026 onwards

- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively work in teams and collaborate with people in different functional areas across the world

- Strong time management skills to enable on-time project delivery
