For our Process Innovation Center in Deutschlandsberg, Austria, we are looking for a Program Manager (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the technological infrastructure and processes, focusing on production technologies, robotics and automation
- Support feasibility studies and pilot projects to test new process solutions and coordinate industrialization
- Create and monitor project plans, timelines and budgets
- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners and factories
Your qualification
- Excellent understanding of operations and state-of-the-art manufacturing processes based on several years of work experience
- Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or similar
- High level of project management skills with proven ability to take initiative, structure and prioritize work
- Experience with Agile Management methods preferred
- Strong general problem-solving skills
- Leadership skills & the willingsness to lead
- Ability to work closely with remote teams in a multi-country & multi-cultural environment
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
Basic salary: From € 5,000 gross per month (14 times) based on full-time (38.5h/week) with the willingness to overpay depending on your qualifications and experience
