ROTWILD develops and manufactures highly functional, individually tailored, timeless cycling products with a technical look in the premium segment, perfectly matched to their respective area of application. Team events and joint outings
Your responsibilities
Sales Operations
- Close cooperation with field service, production, and logistics along the order-to-cash process chain
- Responsibility for pre-order validation
- Backlog processing and inventory monitoring
- System ownership and expansion of our sales tools, including master data and process maintenance
- Development and optimization of reporting structures (dashboards, automation, standardization)
Customer service & order processing
- Receiving and processing customer inquiries by phone or email
- Quotation preparation, order processing, and invoicing
- Processing complaints, returns, and warranty claims
- Maintenance and management of customer data in the SAP system
General tasks
- Participation in internal projects for process optimization
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive, solution-oriented service
- Supporting team management and, in the future, taking on additional areas of responsibility and management tasks
Your profile
- Enthusiasm for cycling and identification with the ROTWILD brand philosophy
- Good understanding of eMTBs and product and technology trends in the bike segment
- Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Experience with SAP B1, order fulfillment, and B2B business
- Strong analytical skills and experience in working with KPIs, forecasts, and reporting
- High affinity for processes: Enjoy structuring, standardizing, and automating processes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, a confident manner, and enjoyment in working with colleagues and customers
