What sets us apart? We are a small, highly motivated, tech-savvy team that always pulls together, both professionally and personally. Our clear goal is to ensure supplier quality and to continuously develop our suppliers and, in turn, ourselves.
The core of your job:
As a supplier developer, you actively shape our supplier structure. You have a significant influence on the quality of our products as well as internal and external manufacturing processes.
In short: You are a decision-maker and support our suppliers as a partner!

• The further development of an international supplier pool and ensuring consistently high-quality suppliers
• You will play a key role in the supplier selection process
• You will support our suppliers in all phases of the product life cycle
• You will carry out potential analyses and supplier audits
• You will be part of our supplier complaint management team

• Completed degree in engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a medium-sized manufacturing company
• Experience in planning and conducting audits is desirable
• High technical affinity and a knack for dealing with people and enjoying travel
