To strengthen our practice team in the medical care center at the Dingelstedt am Huy location, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a

MFA / medical assistant - general medicine (m/f/d)

full-time or preferably also part-time

• You will be responsible for reception and patient care as well as appointment management at the registration desk
• You will accompany the consultation hours and take over the preparation of general medical examinations and treatments
• You will coordinate and manage all patient-related activities to ensure the smooth daily running of the practice
• Your support is also required for functional diagnostics (e.g. ECG, blood pressure measurement, lung function tests, etc.) and general laboratory activities
• Administrative tasks such as the documentation of treatment procedures and patient data also fall within your area of responsibility
• In addition, you will support the recording and billing of services provided (EBM / GOÄ) and the assurance of quality and hygiene management

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Ideally, you have already gained (initial) professional experience in medical care - but career starters are also welcome
• You have digital skills and knowledge of medical practice software - alternatively, you are willing to learn this quickly
• You have an empathetic and patient-oriented way of working and appreciate real teamwork
• You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner, are open to new ideas and have a quick grasp of things
• Commitment, friendliness and a sense of responsibility round off your profile
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
