Your area of ​​responsibility
Safety engineering support for operational areas in accordance with occupational health and safety law.
Analysis of workplace accidents and occupational diseases, compilation of accident statistics, and derivation of preventive measures
Supporting managers and employees regarding occupational health and safety, as well as in the preparation of risk assessments and training activities.
Implementation of legal AGS regulations, guidelines, ordinances and company rules in the plant
Participation in projects and representation of occupational safety during audits
Development of programs and measures to increase the level of safety in cooperation with other BENTELER locations

your qualification
Completed training as an occupational safety specialist
Completed technical studies or training as an engineer, master craftsman, technician (m/f/d)
Experience in ASM systems (DIN ISO 18001 and/or 45001)
Professional experience in occupational safety in a manufacturing company
Confident demeanor, strong persuasive skills, and initiative
