Job description
- You will independently assess the individual care needs of patients and ensure the provision of care
- You will monitor all aspects of medical care with the utmost care and contribute to quality assurance
- Diagnostics and continuous patient monitoring are among your key tasks
- You will prepare and administer medication with the utmost precision
- You will administer infusions responsibly, You routinely take blood samples and administer insulin
- You regularly check blood sugar levels, You care for wounds professionally and with sensitivity
- In close cooperation with the doctors, you are involved in ward rounds and provide active support
- You apply preventive and health-promoting measures in a targeted manner and raise awareness of their importance
- You provide comprehensive advice to patients and their relatives - communication is at the heart of your work
Requirements
- You have completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) or as a nurse and health care worker (m/f/d)
- You have comprehensive specialist knowledge and relevant professional experience in geriatric care
- PC-knowledge enables you to document and organise reliably
- You have a health passport ready
- You can present a current simple certificate of good conduct if required
- Good German language skills and a valid work permit are a matter of course for you
- Mobility and your own car are important, as local public transport is not available
- High performance and commitment characterise your daily work
- Empathy, a sense of responsibility and strong personal and social skills round off your profile
