Your role in our team:

• You create and document safety policies and procedures for our products.
• You will also be responsible for conducting security analyses and risk assessments to identify cybersecurity risks.
• In this context, you will support the product teams with questions about security requirements and their implementation.
• They monitor and analyze threats and develop appropriate countermeasures in the event of security incidents.
• This involves the continuous evaluation and improvement of existing cybersecurity processes within the company.
• You will also support the implementation of compliance guidelines and legal requirements in the area of cybersecurity.
• Final tasks include training and raising awareness among employees about best practices in cybersecurity.

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, IT security or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in the field of cybersecurity, ideally in product security at an industrial company, is desirable.
• You have in-depth knowledge of security standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 21434, EU 2024/2847).
• In addition, you already have experience with security tools for analyzing components and systems.
• You will impress us with your ability to analyze complex security requirements and implement them in technical solutions.
• You are characterized by strategic thinking and customer-oriented action with a clear goal orientation.
• A confident demeanor as well as assertiveness and enthusiasm are a given for you.
• You are fluent in English and German and have excellent command of French.
