Job description
- You reliably assess and determine the specific care needs of the patient:
- You reliably determine the quality of medical care and actively ensure it
- You competently carry out all diagnostics and patient monitoring
- You carefully prepare medications and infusions and administer them according to instructions
- You take blood samples, care for wounds, insulin administration and blood glucose measurements independently
- Collaborating with doctors, taking part in ward rounds and carrying out preventative and health-promoting measures are part of your routine
- Providing professional and empathetic care and advice to patients and their relatives
Requirements
- You have completed training as a nursing specialist (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d), healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You have extensive specialist knowledge and professional experience in geriatric care
- You have a health passport and a current basic certificate of good conduct
- You have a class B driving licence
- High performance, commitment, empathy and a sense of responsibility as well as personal and social skills characterise you
