What you will be doing

You will be on a development pathway to guide your growth into the role of a CoE Airframe Project Manager (d/f/m) and can be expect to be involved in the following:

• You will work within the CoE Airframe which includes to s et-up of a project governance for the CoE Airframe full deployment, s et-up of a KPI landscape to master CoE Airframe project milestones and set-Up of a deployment plan for the CoE Airframe

• Working with several Tools like SAP, iObeya, Google Workspace

• Learn more about Technologies: Composite Elementary Parts Manufacturing, Metallic Elementary Parts Manufacturing, Assembly with different Material configurations

• You will learn how an international company like Airbus Helicopters (AH) is working in terms of processes, routines, organisation and responsibilities (e.g. Make or Buy or AH-AHD-AHE, but also international context with our customer centers). Further on you will get an inside on the E2E of Airframe activities (from Research/Design to final delivery + after Sales)

• AHD (Donauwörth) will be the headquarter for the CoE, trips can occur to AH or perhaps AHE; digital exchanges for sure with AHD, AH, AHE organisation but also Customer centers

• You will gain technical background on Aiframe activities @ Airbus Helicopters

• Possible rotational activity within CoE Headquarter organisation in Donauwörth, Airbus Helicopters France, Spain as well as customer centers as Airbus Helicopters in Canada, Mexico or Hungary.

Your development pathway will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position.

Throughout the two year development programme you will have developed into the position of CoE Airframe Project Manager (d/f/m) !

What we are looking for

To be a successful applicant to the Airbus Global Graduate Programme, you will need to demonstrate you have:

- A degree level or equivalent within a relevant field of study (Mechanical Engineering or similar technical field)

- Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field ofeconomics and/or engineering

- You bring basic knowledge in SAP and Google workspace

- You have a passion for aviation, ideally also for Helicopters

- Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English) and a good level of German (B2)

- A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation

- Aware of personal values, high level of self-reflection and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
