Für unseren Kunden AIRBUS suchen wir Sie als Manufacturing Engineer Strukturmontage (m/w/d) – CoE Airframe.

Im Center of Excellence (CoE) Airframe Strukturmontage verantworten Sie die industrielle Arbeitsvorbereitung und Optimierung der Montageprozesse. Sie erstellen und pflegen Arbeitspläne, Stücklisten und SOIs, sichern die Datendurchgängigkeit Richtung Supply Chain, treiben kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voran und wirken aktiv an der Integration innovativer Fertigungs- und Big-Data-Anwendungen mit.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Erstellen und Aktualisieren von Arbeitsplänen, BoMs und SOIs unter Berücksichtigung von Fertigungsanforderungen, Zeitberechnung und "Goldenen Regeln" der Arbeitsvorbereitung gemäß gültiger Prozesse.

• Festlegen der Anforderungen für industrielle Assets (Werkzeuge, Maschinen etc.) zur Erstellung oder Änderung von Arbeitsvorbereitungen.

• Planen und Durchführen regelmäßiger Feedbackschleifen mit dem Produktionsteam.

• Bearbeiten und Lösen wiederkehrender Arbeitsvorbereitungsprobleme, die aus Produktion/Tech Shop Floor Support eskaliert werden – mit Fokus auf Wettbewerbsfähigkeit.

• Direkte Kommunikation durch aktive Teilnahme an Routinen und Shopfloor-Formaten des Produktionsteams.

• Leiten und Vorstellen transversaler Teilprojekte zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Strukturmontage.

• Wahrnehmen der ME-Rolle im Supply-Chain-Management zur Sicherstellung konsistenter, wirksamer Daten (z. B. Fehlteile, Bestände, Auswirkungen auf Materialbedarfsplanung).

• Unterstützung bei der Integration von Innovationen und Big-Data-Anwendungen in einem zukunftsorientierten Montagebereich.

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Ingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar.

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: Arbeitsvorbereitung, Engineering, Projektmanagement, Qualitätsmanagement, technische Dokumentation, IT/Informationssysteme sowie Disposition/Materialbeschaffung.

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und SAP (Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen).

• Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, hohe Kundenorientierung und starkes Verantwortungsbewusstsein.

• Selbständige, gewissenhafte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise; flexibel, engagiert und durchsetzungsstark.

• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher.

Manufacturing Engineer Airframe Structure Assembly (m/f/d) – CoE Airframe – AIRBUS

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer Airframe Structure Assembly (m/f/d) – CoE Airframe.

Within the CoE Airframe Structure Assembly, you are responsible for industrial work preparation and continuous improvement of assembly processes. You create and maintain work plans, BoMs and SOIs, ensure data consistency towards supply chain processes, lead improvement sub-projects, and support the integration of innovative manufacturing and big-data applications.

Your tasks

• Create and update work plans, BoMs and SOIs considering manufacturing requirements, time calculation and "golden rules” for work preparation in line with applicable processes.

• Define requirements for industrial assets (tools, machines, etc.) for creation or changes.

• Plan and run regular feedback loops with the production team.

• Manage recurring work-preparation issues escalated from Production/Tech Shop Floor Support to maintain competitiveness.

• Communicate directly through on-site participation in production team routines.

• Lead and present transversal sub-projects for continuous improvement of structure assembly.

• Act as ME interface for supply-chain management, ensuring full consistency and effectiveness of data (e.g., missing parts, stock, impacts on material requirements planning).

• Support integration of innovations and big-data applications in a future-oriented assembly environment.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, aerospace, industrial engineering or comparable.

• At least 3 years of experience across several of the following fields: work preparation, engineering, project management, quality management, technical documentation, IT/information systems, and disposition/material procurement.

• Solid MS Office and SAP skills.

• Strong team spirit, high customer focus and pronounced sense of responsibility.

• Independent, thorough and structured working style; flexible, committed and assertive.

• Fluent business German and English.
