AUFGABE

Die Aufgaben konzentrieren sich auf folgende Baumuster H135/H145/NH90/Tiger. Im Rahmen Ihrer Tätigkeit als "Programcontroller (d/m/w) - Military Support Center" sind Sie der proaktive Business-Partner für die operativ Verantwortlichen eines Programmes in Bezug auf die Erreichung und Verbesserung der finanziellen und operativen Ergebnisse.
Sie sind als Support & Service Program Controlling (m/w/d) für den Bereich S&S Military Support Center Germany tätig.
Das Aufgabengebiet gliedert sich im Detail wie folgt:

• Schwerpunkt Vertragscontrolling mit Anteilen Kostenstellen-Controlling
• Erstellung von monatlichen Berichten einschließlich Kommentierung Plan-/Ist Vergleich
• Analyse und Bewertung des Plan-/Ist Vergleichs inkl. Vorschläge zu Korrekturmaßnahmen
• Unterstützung des Business Partners die Vertrags-/Kostenstellenperformance zu verstehen inkl. der Kostentreiber
• Vorbereitung der Geschäftsplanung (5-Jahre) und des Forecasts des laufenden Jahres (Vertrag/Profitcenter)
• Sicherstellen der Durchführung von jährlichen C@C ausgewählter Verträge
• Budgetierung von einzelnen Kostenstellen
• Support bei Einsparungs- und Verbesserungsprojekten
• Sicherstellen, das Chancen & Risiken bewertet werden inkl. Unterstützung zu Vorschlägen zur Mitigation
• Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen (Vertrag/Profitcenter)
• Vorbereitung relevanter Dokumentationen für Wirtschafts- und Preisprüfungen
• Vertragsabwicklung (Fakturierung, Forderungs- und Zahlungsmanagement)
• Übernahme von Sonderprojekten/-themen innerhalb der Controlling Abteilung

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder im Bereich Finanzen
• Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Controlling mind. über 3 Jahre, Finanzwesen mind. über 3 Jahre, Budgetcontrolling
• Fachkenntnisse in Controlling-Systemen (z.B.CBM)
• IT: MS-Excel mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen, MS-Office mind. vertiefte Anwendungskenntnis, SAP mind. Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen, Google Suite-Kenntnisse

TASK

The tasks will focus on the following aircraft models: H135/H145/NH90/Tiger. As a "Program Controller (d/m/f) - Military Support Center," you will be the proactive business partner for the operational managers of a program with regard to achieving and improving financial and operational results.
You will work as a Support & Service Program Controlling (m/f/d) for the S&S Military Support Center Germany division.
The responsibilities are divided into the following:

• Focus on contract controlling with a component of cost center controlling
• Preparation of monthly reports, including commentary on planned/actual comparisons
• Analysis and evaluation of the planned/actual comparison, including suggestions for corrective measures
• Supporting the business partner in understanding contract/cost center performance, including cost drivers
• Preparation of the business plan (5-year) and the forecast for the current year (contract/profit center)
• Ensuring the implementation of annual cost-cutting (C@C) for selected contracts
• Budgeting of individual cost centers
• Support for cost-cutting and improvement projects
• Ensuring that opportunities and risks are assessed, including support for mitigation suggestions
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements (contract/profit center)
• Preparation of relevant documentation for financial and price audits
• Contract processing (invoicing, receivables and payment management)Taking over special projects/topics within the controlling department

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or in Finance
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Controlling, at least 3 years in Finance, and Budget Controlling
• Expert knowledge of controlling systems (e.g., CBM)
• IT: MS Excel (at least knowledge of detailed functions), MS Office (at least in-depth application knowledge), SAP (at least knowledge of detailed functions), Google Suite knowledge
• Language skills: At least fluent in German, at least fluent in English
