Your tasks:
Further development and optimization of the system architecture for AI applications,
implementation of backend integrations (APIs, ETL processes, database connections),
coding and active development of technical components,
configuration of TTS/STT engines (e.g., language models, speech recognition systems),
technical implementation of training processes,
infrastructure adjustments (e.g., for increasing usage),
performance and availability monitoring of the platform,
error analysis and release management
, selection of suitable technologies in collaboration with the architecture and product owner,
integration of new AI/ML technologies (LLMs, RAG, etc.)
, execution of updates, model refreshes, and test runs,
setup and management of role-based access controls (RBAC)
, administration of API keys, service accounts, and permissions,
implementation of data protection and encryption requirements,
implementation of security logging and connection to SIEM systems:
Protection against prompt injection and other AI-specific attack scenarios;
compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, SGB X)
; documentation of data flows and processing procedures.

Your profile:
Completed studies in computer science, data engineering, software engineering, or a comparable qualification
; sound experience in the development and operation of IT systems and APIs;
knowledge of cloud environments and container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes);
experience with AI technologies, especially generative AI, ML pipelines, and RAG architectures;
knowledge in the areas of IT security, network architectures, and identity management.
Advantageous:Experience in operating AI platforms or data science environments.
Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach.
A strong willingness to learn and a curiosity for new technologies .
Reliability, a structured work style, and a high level of quality awareness.
Teamwork and good communication skills
