Your tasks

• You are responsible for the administration and further development of our Atlassian Cloud instances (Jira Software, Jira Work Management and Confluence). Experience with add-ons such as Xray is required.
• As well as the conception, configuration and optimization of Jira projects and workflows according to the requirements of our development, testing and project management teams.
• You are the contact person for all topics related to Jira, Xray and their interfaces to adjacent systems. This includes ServiceNow, for example.
• You are also responsible for the administration of user and rights management – including sensible role, group and authorization structures.
• As well as supporting the development and continuous maintenance of our structured test management with Xray – including test plans, test sets and evaluations.

Furthermore

• Conducting training and coaching sessions for key users and teams and documenting best practices in Confluence.
• But also monitoring current developments in the area of Atlassian Cloud products with the aim of suggesting useful extensions and add-ons.
• And working closely with our colleagues in the QA and Dev teams.

Your profile

• You already have sound experience in the administration of Jira (Cloud) as well as practical knowledge in dealing with add-ons such as the Xray test management tool.
• You have a good understanding of the working methods of software development and QA teams and the ability to translate their requirements into efficient Jira / Xray solutions.

Furthermore

• You are already familiar with rights management and the connection of third-party applications.
• And you have a structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working as well as strong communication skills to coordinate with specialist departments.

also

• Excellent written and spoken German.
• As our meetings, documentation and tools are conducted entirely in German, a very good understanding of the language is essential.
• You should therefore be able to write precise documentation independently.
• Good English skills for confident communication in an international context.

A plus, but not a must

• Knowledge of Confluence administration, REST API, GraphQL.
