What we expect

• You will be responsible for a sales area (northern, central, or southern Germany).
• You will advise existing customers and acquire new customers, particularly in areas such as tunnel construction, mining, transportation infrastructure construction, hydraulic engineering, special civil engineering, and building restoration.
• You will provide application support and assist in the optimal use of our products.
• You will organize and conduct presentations on site or in-house, as well as trade fair appearances.
• You will prepare quotations, conduct contract negotiations, and follow up on them.
• You will observe the market and competition and report to the DACH sales management.
• You will carry out customer needs, market, and competition analyses, as well as provide technical advice to clients and planning offices.
• You will build strong customer relationships – both technical and commercial.
• You will travel extensively within your sales territory, working from your home office or our headquarters in Dortmund.

Your skills

• A degree in engineering — ideally civil engineering, geology, or mining — or training as a technician/master craftsman in the construction sector.
• Experience in sales or in the processing of consultation-intensive products.
• Technical expertise, initiative, and commitment.
• Strong communication skills and a confident manner.
• A structured, independent, and goal-oriented approach to work
• Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally also AvERP, SAP, or Navision
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
