Pulp-Tec is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of fibre casting. We are pioneers in creating a circular economy by replacing plastic packaging with fibre casting parts made from environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable waste paper. Together with our customers, we develop fibre casting solutions and implement the process from the initial idea to detailed design and the finished product.

What we expect
- Marketing plan: Development, implementation and ongoing optimisation of an effective marketing roadmap
- Performance & analytics: KPI tracking, testing & learning – you manage measures based on data (SEO, SEA, Google Analytics)
- Social media: Creative management of LinkedIn and YouTube – from editing and content creation to community management
- Website: Further development, maintenance and performance optimisation of our online presence
- Content production: Texts, videos, graphics – consistent across channels and tailored to target groups
- Partner management: Coordination of external agencies and service providers
- Employer branding: You strengthen our employer brand with attention-grabbing campaigns.
- Sales enablement: Strategic support for product launches and sales campaigns.
- Brand assets: Concept and design of brochures, presentations, etc.
- Events: Organisation and support for trade fairs and events.
- Market and target groups: Analysis and segmentation in close coordination with sales.
Your skills
- Degree with a focus on marketing/communication/media or commercial training with relevant further education
- ≥ 3 years of experience in online/content/social media marketing
- Very good skills in SEO, SEA, social media & web analysis
- Passion for digital trends, storytelling and strong content
- Creative, analytical and independent way of working – plus organisational skills
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of putting ideas into practice
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
