Your mission
• You’ll be responsible for creating optimal and innovative designs that are also fully manufacturable, competitive, meet quality standards, and are ready for industrialization.
• Your focus lies in the mechanical design of modules, subsystems, and components of the EBPG configuration
• For example, the wafer stage, optical column, wafer handler , or vacuum chamber.
• Optimize manufacturability and product quality for new or modified mechanical designs.
• Create and maintain mechanical technical documentation, including 3D designs, 2D drawings, assembly instructions, and service manuals.
• Continuously assess and mitigate technical risks in production, supply chain, and at customer sites.
• Analyze, strategize, and implement functional solutions, including 3D design and supplier collaboration for prototypes.
• Manage project deliverables, ensuring structured planning, coordination, and execution.
• Handle internal and external project communication, documentation, and progress reports.
• Contribute to company initiatives for process efficiency and mechanical engineering competence.
• Report to the System Engineering Manager in Best
Your Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering.
• 3-5 years of professional experience, including ensuring manufacturability.
• Broad technical curiosity beyond mechanical engineering; essential knowledge of vacuum technology and precision mechanics.
• Demonstrated ownership, pragmatism, and hands-on approach in project work.
• Creative with strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving abilities, driven by team results.
• Self-driven and thrives in challenging, dynamic environments.
• Experience with Creo, SolidWorks, and Windchill is essential
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
