What you can look forward to:
A Business Analyst support alignment of Business and IT objectives, identify opportunities for process advancement leveraging technology, support creation of business capability and technology projects, translate business capabilities into functional requirements, analyse any gap between As Is and To Be state and work with business stakeholders and IT Delivery teams to develop, test and deploy solutions.
Business and IT Alignment:
Support alignment of strategic and tactical business objectives with corresponding IT objectives, partnered with business stakeholders and enterprise IT colleagues.
Support business risk management, regulatory compliance (ex: Sarbanes-Oxley), Information Security, and audit remediation activities.
Identify opportunities for process advancement leveraging technology.
Participate in ideation activities to create high-level process and technology roadmaps. Contribute into business case creation.
Solution Driven:
Participate in creation of IT Investment proposals, partnered with business stakeholders and IT Delivery colleagues.
Map business objectives and capability needs to specific business functions and processes.
Conduct discovery and document user stories, business requirements, functions, processes, and enabling technologies.
Map business process flows, including all critical data elements (e.g., supplier, input, process, output, customer).
Drive and facilitate requirements workshop, product demonstrations, UAT co-ordination and communications.
Carry out change management activities and help creating training playbooks.
Translate business capabilities and process designs into functional requirements and/or user stories and work with business stakeholders to review and secure sign-off/agreement on requirements/stories.
Work with business stakeholders and IT colleagues to develop, test, and deploy solutions that meet business capability needs and ensure successful achievement of scope, cost, schedule, quality, adoption, and value outcomes.
Provide expertise and input into solution testing scenarios and participate in User Acceptance Testing.
Participate in development of solution training material and execution of change management activities.
Business of IT:
Maintain relevant data attributes of solutions in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Support business continuity and disaster recovery efforts.
Support utilization of IT-internal governance processes.
How you will do it
In collaboration with IT Business Partner provide inputs into projects and demand prioritisation
Drive and facilitate requirements workshop, product demonstrations, User Acceptance Testing coordination and communications, own scope and Requirements Traceability Matrix, UAT issue triaging and support resolution
Collaborate with Domain Experts if any change of processes, rules or procedures is required
Support delivery team in analysing solution options or suggesting an alternative
Collaborate on development, testing and deployment solutions that meet business capability needs and ensure successful achievement of scope, cost, schedule, quality, adoption, and value outcomes
Define use cases along with the necessary detail and align them with the project plan
Collaborate with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) if any change of processes, rules/procedures is required to fit into OFSC functional scope.
Supports business project lead in developing rollout plans and business transformation activities
Maintain relevant data attributes of solutions in the Configuration Management Database
Support business continuity and disaster recovery and change management efforts
These skills set you apart:
Experienced Business Analyst with at least 6 years of proven IT Waterfal /Agile IT project management experience
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, D365 CRM & ERP, OTC and E-Invoicing
Good understanding of business process analysis and Business Change Management
Experience working with Developers or Business SMEs
Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills to interact with various business process representatives
Process design documentation experience using flow charts
Ability to articulate business process requirements to a development team (and vice versa: IT requirements to the business) in order to support the implementation
Sound knowledge of Project Management practices and principals
Good knowledge of data analysis and reporting
Great verbal and written communications skills. English language to a business proficiency level
Ability to travel within the Germany and be ideally based in Dreieich

PLM, Selection/configuration tools, CPQ, CRM, Augmented reality/Virtual reality, Infrastructure, Data analytics

Experience in: Website migrations, CMS migration (Sitecore), E-commerce
Other European languages – German
Certifications in Agile, Scrum or Business analysis proficiency
Master’s Degree in IT
