What you will enjoy doing - In this role, you will take
ownership of managing and expanding relationships with key
customers, specifically leading global semiconductor foundries, to secure
and enhance long-term, multi-year partnerships in the electronics
industry
- Act as
the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters, ensuring
seamless communication and a deep understanding of client needs across
locations and regions
- You will drive
the expansion of established customer accounts by identifying new
opportunities within the product portfolio and pursuing strategic
initiatives that reinforce partnerships and support growth
- Monitor
and manage complex contracts to ensure compliance with agreed terms,
proactively addressing issues or challenges and maintaining customer
satisfaction
- Build
collaborative strategies with foundry clients to develop tailored
solutions that align with their evolving requirements and long-term goals,
deepening the relationship and maximizing value creation
- Analyze
account performance regularly to anticipate customer needs, forecast product
demands, and identify risks or opportunities for improved
engagement and revenue growth
- Coordinate
across global and local teams to facilitate the efficient delivery of
products and services while ensuring client expectations are consistently
exceeded
- Also, you will represent
the company at industry events, serving as the trusted face for key
accounts while strengthening existing relationships and exploring
opportunities for further collaboration
What makes you great - A successfully completed degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- You have an extensive experience in managing key accounts and international contracts, with strong stakeholder management and collaboration with global decision-makers and cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to develop and implement multi-year strategic plans and deliver tailored, innovative solutions that address customer needs and drive sustainable growth
- Skilled in handling complex sales processes and coordinating globally across multiple sites and teams
- Further, you have strong analytical skills and extensive experience in the industrial gases sector, particularly in Electronic Special Gases for the semiconductor industry
- You are fluent in German and English, with proficiency in Chinese being highly desirable
