• You have completed automotive technical training.
• Nice to have: Initial professional experience and knowledge in the field of mobility services
• You are flexible and willing to work shifts
• Your communication is always appreciative and you are interested in helping people in emergency situations
• You enjoy taking on responsibility and completing your tasks conscientiously
• You have good German language skills and ideally also English language skills

• You change the stage to a pleasant office workshop and advise customers of a well-known automobile manufacturer
• With your technical know-how and special diagnostic technology, you will analyze, advise and inform customers as the first point of contact on the telephone (help for self-help)
• You coordinate rapid assistance in the event of breakdowns and accidents and work closely with service providers to ensure that customers are mobile again quickly
• You handle telephone service requests and ensure fast and professional communication with customers
• You plan, manage, and assign service contracts to suitable service providers. You ensure service quality and adherence to deadlines.
• In order to optimally prioritize orders and respond to individual customer needs, you make independent decisions
• There is the possibility of working from home (after training)
• A takeover by the customer is planned
