Your profile:
- You have completed a commercial or building services training (FA/FH/TU)
- You have practical experience in the calculation of HLS projects and in strategic purchasing
- You have knowledge of the VOB/BGB, especially in procurement law
- Good user knowledge of MS Office, accounting and calculation programs as well as ERP systems
- Negotiation skills and communication skills with external partners as well as internal departments
- Independent working style, high commitment and sense of responsibility
- You will receive extensive training
- Availability for deployment in the Dresden area/ 50 km radius
Your tasks:
- Economical and timely calculation of the heating/ventilation/sanitary and air conditioning trades
- Preparation of necessary supplementary calculations
- Review and processing of tender documents and their completeness check
- Evaluation of supplier and subcontractor offers as well as completeness checks
- Complete preparation and review of offers based on the specifications and planning documents as well as submission of the offer documents
- Preparation, participation, recording and follow-up of bidder discussions
- Negotiation of price and framework agreements
- Monitoring and reviewing the agreed conditions with suppliers
