• Tenant support in residential or commercial properties
• Carrying out maintenance and minor repairs
• Conducting and documenting tours
• Operation of building services systems
• Implementation of necessary spatial conversions
• Room furnishing with furniture, technology and other materials
• Support in the supervision and performance monitoring of external companies
• Preparation of documentation and reports, if necessary transfer to IT system
