• Breakdown and accident assistance: You are the first point of contact for customers in emergency traffic situations. You assess the situation, coordinate rapid assistance, and work closely with service providers to ensure a smooth process.
• Customer communication: Du bearbeitest Serviceanfragen per Mail, Telefon oder Chatbot und sorgst für zeitnahe und professionelle Kommunikation. Du unterstützt Kunden, beantwortest Fragen und hilfst bei Anliegen oder Problemen.
• Service coordination and organization: You plan, manage, and monitor service orders efficiently. You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, assign contracts to suitable service providers, and ensure service quality and adherence to deadlines.
• Independent decision-making: Du triffst eigenverantwortlich Entscheidungen, um Aufträge optimal zu priorisieren und auf individuelle Kundenbedürfnisse, rechtliche Vorgaben und interne Richtlinien einzugehen.
• Documentation standards: Du leitest Anfragen, Probleme und Anliegen qualifiziert an die zuständigen Auftraggeber weiter und legst großen Wert auf umfassende und präzise Dokumentation.
