Job description
- You will work specifically with the Siemens 840 D control system and make adjustments to the programme without programming
- You will produce large components in series production and thus ensure consistent quality
- When placing the parts, you will align the machine and clamp the workpieces carefully
- You will carry out regular maintenance and care of the system, so that you ensure its functional reliability
- You search for faults independently and rectify them immediately so that production continues to run smoothly
- You monitor the production process closely and react immediately to any deviations
- You remove finished workpieces at the end and check them specifically for compliance with the quality specifications
Requirements
- You have completed training and have professional experience as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d), so that you can confidently fulfil the requirements in the production environment
- For work in a 3-shift systemshift system at all times
- You have experience in large-scale production and use this specifically for demanding tasks
- You are confident and experienced in using the Siemens 840 D control system
- You are characterised by an accurate and independent way of working and guarantee precise results
- You have a good command of German and a valid work permit
