As a Developer Microservices (m/f/d), you will work with your Scrum team to develop powerful and scalable features in the area of supply chain management that enable our customers worldwide to run efficient business processes with their suppliers. Our focus is on a modern, cloud-native technology stack:

• You will develop backend microservices with Java Spring Boot
• You will integrate microservices at the IaaS and PaaS level (AKS/Kubernetes) into the cloud architecture using the appropriate technologies (Kafka/PostgreSQL/Azure Cosmos DB)

In addition, you will contribute your experience to knowledge sharing and promote the practical application of agile and DevOps principles in the sense of continuous delivery and integration (CI/CD) and continuous deployment.

• You have in-depth Java knowledge – ideally in a DevOps context.
• In addition, you have practical experience in developing and testing enterprise applications.
• An interest in the use of AI – both as a tool in its own right and in applications for customers – as well as a willingness to develop your expertise in this area is an important prerequisite.
• Within the team, you act professionally in your role and are proactive and responsible.
• You think agilely and work in a self-organized team – of course, a structured and solution-oriented approach, team spirit, and a willingness to learn should also be part of your profile.
• An additional interest in other specialist areas, e.g., development of front-end single-page applications with React and Typescript or quality assurance, would be a plus.
• Your English skills are excellent, and knowledge of German is an advantage.

Initial Introduction (remote, approx. 30 minutes)
You’ll speak with our recruiting team. We’ll clarify initial questions, discuss expectations, and check whether our values and way of working align with your profile.

Technical Interview with Your Potential Manager
Here we go deeper. We want to understand how you work, what experience you bring, and how you tackle challenges. You’ll also gain insight into how we lead, make decisions, and collaborate.

Personal Meeting with the Team – Ideally On Site
You’ll meet colleagues you may work with in the future. It’s important to us that you get your own impression of our work environment, culture, and processes.

We conduct all interviews as equals – open, honest, and respectful.
