Your tasks
- In this role, you are leading an interdisciplinary R&D team developing receiver and transceiver digital hardware and DSP algorithms
- In a challenging and changing environment of customer requirements as well as market and technology trends, you will strategically align our product development in cooperation with stakeholders in Munich and Dresden as well as relevant subsidiaries worldwide
- You will design, define and implement scalable product concepts in line with the emergence of new terrestrial and non-terrestrial standards and be responsible for cost planning and controlling
- You will ensure high product quality and manage effective communication worldwide

Your qualifications
- You have a technical degree specializing in communications or high-frequency engineering or have completed a comparable university degree program
- In the course of your career, you have already gained sound experience in R&D as well as in a leadership role
- You are confident, assertive and customer-oriented, with strong communication skills combined with the ability to motivate and confidently lead a team of experts
- You are able to inspire and lead teams in order to achieve shared goals, change management experience is a plus
- Fluent English and intermediate German skills round off your profile
