Optimize our manufacturing processes to produce photomasks from an integrative point of view. Integrated in a worldwide network of experts, you will develop technical solutions and support our customers in the semiconductor industry to manufacture high-quality and competitive products.

Your responsibilities include:

• Cross-departmental monitoring of the production line regarding the required product characteristics
• Performing deviation analyses on process and defect behavior, based on data from statistical process control (SPC)
• Initiating and leading cross-departmental measures to correct process deviations
• Responsibility for managing and implementing integrative projects in the continuous improvement process (CIP)
• Close cooperation with technical experts from the individual processes regarding the development of technical solutions and the introduction of new processes

Your profile:

• As a successful candidate you have a university degree in engineering, physics, chemistry, materials science or an equivalent academic background
• You have experiences in mask manufacturing, semiconductor industry or nano structuring
• You have extensive experience in solving technically challenging tasks and dealing with interdisciplinary problems
• You are experienced in development and utilization of technical data as well as basic programming skills
• Ideally, you have experience in managing technical projects and an independent and responsible approach to work
• You possess good communication skills (German and English)
