We are looking for a dedicated HR Administrator (m/f/d) to join our team!
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing applications, as well as preparing, conducting, and evaluating recruitment rounds. You will conduct interviews and continuously optimize our recruitment processes to attract the best talent to our company.
Furthermore, you will serve as a point of contact for both national and international employees on all HR-related matters. Your responsibilities will also include assisting in the preparation of employment contracts and managing work attire.

Your tasks
- Receipt and processing of applications
Preparation, execution, and evaluation of recruitment rounds- Conducting job interviews and employee discussions
- Optimization of the recruitment process
- Conducting contract negotiations and preparing employment contracts, as well as
- amending contracts for temporary, marginal, and permanent employees.
- Preparation and follow-up of documents for new and departing employees (e.g., registering new employees or preparing employment references).
- Point of contact for national and international employees on all HR-related matters.

- Calculation of vacation entitlements.
- Preparation of social security reports and certificates.
