• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Basic knowledge of English spoken and written
• Driving license class B , Ideally forklift license
• Reliability, flexibility and teamwork
• Well-groomed and professional appearance

• Packaging of general goods (up to 10 kg)
• Handling of archive logistics – Delivery and collection of documents to and from the central archive
• Packaging and preparation of customer shipments , including handover to freight forwarders
• Control scans and documentation of the shipments to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Transport activities on company premises with company-owned van
• Conducting 5A inspections as well as ensuring order and cleanliness in the work area
• Compliance with work and safety instructions according to internal quality standards
