As a Design Engineer / Mechatronics Engineer at HandsOn Robotics, you have the unique opportunity to play an integral role in the development of one of the first robot-based automation products for large-scale commercial kitchens. From your first day on the job, you will be a significant member of our early core team located in Dresden, in the heart of Europe. By designing innovative robotic automation systems and integrating advanced robotics solutions, you will directly contribute to bringing our products to life and helping our customers keep their businesses running efficiently. Your Contribution

· Shaping the product throughout the entire development cycle: from the idea to commissioning at the customer’s site

· Designing individual parts, assemblies and entire products

· Product planning and customization, including integration into the overall system

· Repair and testing activities, including directly at the customer’s site

Your Profile

• Degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, automation technology
  or Technician qualification in mechatronics, mechanical engineering
  or Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanical/mechatronic technician with advanced knowledge
• Knowledge of design / CAD is essential
• Basic knowledge of the Machinery Directive and the application of standards is an advantage
• Desirable: basic knowledge of electrical engineering, electronics, circuits and automation
• Structured way of working and initiative
• Enjoy interdisciplinary cooperation
• English language skills spoken and written
• Professional experience is not necessarily required, but graduates with a focus on practical work are also an alternative (HandsOn mentality should be in the foreground)

• The primary work location is Dresden, with the option for part-time home office based on individual arrangements
• From 45,000€ annual pay
• 30 days of paid vacation
