What you will enjoy doing

• As the successful candidate, you will be the point of contact to semiconductor foundries and other electronics companies for all quality related topics
• You will functionally lead quality engineers in production plants in a matrix structure shaping and driving the Q (quality) agenda
• You will work together with the SHEQ department and advise the managing director and line management on safety, health, environmental, and quality matters, assisting in implementing these matters into day-to-day processes and operations
• Similarly, you will support the SHE (Safety Health Environment) agenda by investigating work-related issues (LTI, RWC, MTC, near misses) or technical incidents (e.g., gas leaks)
• The role also includes supporting in the preparation, organization, and performing of internal and external annual quality and environmental audits
• Moreover, you will support attending risk assessments (HAZOP, FMEAs, etc.)
• Additionally, you will negotiate and evaluate quality agreements (QSV) in the ESG (Electronics Specialty Gas) sector with customers and supplying companies and support the implementation of QIR application from LIDAP (Linde Documents and Processes) within the organization
• Manage and ensure customer complaints are addressed in a timely and effective manner, including containment, root cause investigation and corrective/preventative action
• Facilitates formation of cross functional investigation team and supports the investigation process utilizing quality tools such as Fishbone, 5 Why, Causal Tree or other disciplined problem-solving processe.

What makes you great

• Degree in mechanical, chemical, industrial engineering or similar fields
• 7 - 10 years work experience in gases, electronics, or automotive industry
• Min. 3 years experience in applying quality management systems
• Industrial and electronic specialty gas experience
