The Cluster of Excellence **REC² **offers (subject to the availability of resources), at the Faculty of Arts, Humanities and Social Science, Institute of Sociology, Chair of Micro-Sociology and technosocial interaction, a project position as

starting as soon as possible. The position is limited to 3 years, with a possible one-year extension. The period of employment is governed by § 2 (2) Fixed Term Research Contracts Act (Wissenschaftszeitvertragsgesetz – WissZeitVG).

Tasks:

• scientific research activities
• literature review, qualitative data collection and analysis; as well as the design, organization, and discussion of transdisciplinary, participatory formats
• presentation at inter-/disciplinary workshops and conferences and publication of research results for inter-/disciplinary audiences in the fields of Sociology, Social Science, and Science and Technology Studies (STS)
• coordinative tasks and project management
• exchange and collaboration with a diverse team of scientists from the REC2 Cluster, in particular with those from natural sciences and engineering

Requirements:

• university and PhD degree (or doctoral thesis nearing completion) in Sociology, Social Science, Science and Technology Studies (STS), or adjacent fields
