Job description:
- Reception and forwarding of visitors
- Operating the telephone system, providing information and forwarding calls
- Receiving and forwarding mail
- Monitoring and issuing keys
- Closure checks
- Monitoring and security of technical systems and buildings
- Participation in the implementation of internal control measures
- Property and facility protection in shift systems
- Personal checks
- Reception and concierge services
