Your tasks:

• hier Lead the establishment and further development of our new site in Dresden.
• Project management: Develop and implement strategic plans in the field of automation technology, including software development and commissioning of production systems.
• Team leadership: Build and develop a dedicated team to achieve business targets.
• Customer management: Maintain and expand customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Budget management: Be responsible for planning and managing budgets and resources.

Your profile:

• Education: Degree in electrical engineering, automation technology or comparable qualification.
• Experience: Several years of experience in managing projects and teams as well as in production plant engineering.
• hier Sound knowledge of PLC programming with Siemens TIA Portal and experience with SCADA systems.
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel for national and international projects.
