Deine Aufgaben
- Installation unserer Softwareprodukte bei Kunden
- Unsere Softwarelösungen entsprechend den Kundenanforderungen konfigurieren und implementieren
- Durchführung von Kundenschulungen vor Ort
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Verkehrswirtschaft oder Verkehrsingenieurwesen oder eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich bzw. in einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Support | IT-Service Desk wünschenswert
- Gute IT- oder Logistik-Kenntnisse
- Gute/sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gutes Ausdrucksvermögen
- Reisebereitschaft bei Außendiensttätigkeit
