Your tasks
- Professional customer service in the back office, the service center and the service station on the Terrassenufer
- Sale and procurement of tourist services and souvenirs
- Sale of vouchers and annual passes
- Tourist customer advice beyond the travel offers
- Accounting and cash handling in accordance with cash regulations

Operational coordination with nautical personnel and operations management
(e.g. capacity inquiries, adherence to scheduled travel times, registration of guests with special requests, coordination in cases of incidents or emergencies). - Coordination of processes in the service station in the event of daily changes in consultation with all departments involved
- Processing of inquiries, bookings, reservations, options and cancellations
